We are dealing with all topics in the area of employee benefits, in particular with occupational pensions and share-based remuneration. This includes, among other things, the creation of actuarial advice for our clients, which is increasingly digitized. In addition to the necessary evaluation tools, we also develop automated database solutions and corresponding interfaces. The task area of your student work is correspondingly varied: Support within our digital employee benefits solutions Support in the development of tools for the actuarial assessment and analysis of pension obligations and share-based compensation instruments Development of robust database solutions for automated reporting Development of analytical methods for the consistency and quality assurance of HR data and in the process of expert evaluation Implementation of Power BI solutions for displaying HR information

This position shall be taken from July 2025.

Studies in Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Mathematics Experience in VBA, PowerShell and SQL or comparable programming languages as well as safe handling of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Platform Embossed team skills and communication strength Self-employed, detailed and structured working methods and very good communication skills in German and English High readiness and openness for new topics
