Energy Consultant and Account Manager Heat (m/f/d)

You serve and advise owners of single and multi-family houses around sustainable heat solutions (new heating (in particular heat pump), energy efficiency). You accompany our customers through the entire process during the heating change on heat pump from the telephone initial consultation of the home owner, through the implementation of the heating load calculation or an individual refurbishment schedule (iSFP), to the implementation by our specialist partners and care in year 1 after the installation of the heat pump. You advise on funding programs and support customers, specialist partners and our department in requesting funding (KfW, BAFA). In addition to consulting, you are also able to conduct customer conclusion discussions (final heat load calculation, heat pump electricity tariff, Home Energy Management System (HEMS), contracting offers for multi-family houses etc.). You maintain and coordinate cooperating specialist partners (SHK companies). You support the heat team in the operation of their own heating systems, in the planning and implementation of new and in the transformation of existing heat networks.

You are listed in the Energy Efficiency Expert List for Federal Funding Programs and bring experience as an energy consultant (m/w/d) around residential buildings (focus on heating) with - with relevant funding programs you are familiar. You can present a completed study of energy and building technology or as a utility or electrical engineer (m/w/d), civil engineer (m/w/d) or a qualification as a technician or master (m/w/d) in the field of technical building equipment, heating or construction crafts. You bring good communication skills and customer orientation and have a secure appearance in the advice of homeowners. You are flexible, are happy to work in the team and are characterized by their own initiative and commitment. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are owned by a class B licence.
