IT (Junior) Business Consultant - Versicherung (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Strategic advice: You're one of the heads behind our insurance management solutions. You are advising our colleagues (m/w/d) in the entire Black Group, as we set ourselves up in a future-proof manner. Optimization: You work on the continuous development and optimization of existing workflows to ensure functionality and efficiency. Tool Management: You are a technical contact (m/w/d) for our solution and regularly review the market for innovation. Knowledge Transfer: You design and guide practical training and workshops to convey the processes and knowledge in the team and to our departments.

Qualification: A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with IT reference. Experience: First practical professional experience in (IT) consulting, ideally with a focus on IT insurance or process consulting. Expertise: Found experience in the analysis, evaluation and optimization of complex IT processes. Tool knowledge: First touch points with BPM tools, databases and cloud solutions. Soft Skills: Embossed analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to communicate and present complex facts clearly and convincingly. Operation: Strong communication skills, structured and team-oriented working. Languages: German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. JOBV1_EN
