Process focus with Impact: You design, standardize and improve our QM processes continuously – with a pronounced process affinity and insight for measurable results. Projects to the point: You efficiently structure projects, analyze results, prepare them according to target groups and cleanly transfer the project costs to the cost database – as a basis for realistic calculations. Control funding smart: You support the management, evaluation and follow-up of budget resources and create transparency at cost-benefit inspections – for sound decisions. Documentation that says: You establish, maintain and optimize a comprehensible, audit-proof documentation and storage structure for quality-relevant documents – clear, consistent and audit-ready. Education: you complete e.g. Studies in Business Administration, Real Estate Engineering and Real Estate Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or a comparable field have ideally started with the Master. Affinity: You bring affinity and interest to the real estate industry and controlling of service providers. MS Office knowledge: A safe handling of MS Office applications is of course for you.
