Projektmanager (m/w/d) Place of work: Düsseldorf Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2025_1148_02 The Deutsche Bundesbank's Central Supply Agency consists of three teams at Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich, which perform all tasks in the field of civil servants for the active officials as well as for the pensioners of the Deutsche Bundesbank.

You run our supply team at the Düsseldorf site with currently 7 employees. You ensure, establish and optimise processes and processes and thus contribute significantly to efficient tasks. You will be able to obtain your technical expertise in the recognition of restrained periods of service and the establishment and regulation of claims under the Staff Regulations, Oldage Benefits Act and the Federal Supply Act. Together with your team, you are responsible for the ongoing settlement of fixed pensions, pensions, other entitlements, and the implementation of the distribution of pensions and the participation in compensation schemes. You work closely with the overall management of the Central Supply Agency and the team management of the two other locations and participate in team-wide tasks and projects. In addition, you will deal with basic questions and support our legal area in disputes and complaints. For employees and pensioners of the Bank, you are available as a competent contact person for legal matters.
