Together with your teammates, you program our CNC-controlled lathes, as well as machining centers and set them up. Then you serve the equipment independently – with the adjustment of the speed, the preliminary stroke and the cutting speed – and implement the workpiece with precision with the aid of drawings and with a view to customer-specific requirements. You are responsible for creating CNC programs with CAM software and work on workpieces according to drawing specifications

Your basis is a technical-handcrafted training, e.g. in the field of manufacturing technology, tool construction or mechanical engineering, ideally for the lathe, milling cutterin, machining mechanicin, tool mechanic*in, specialist for metal technology or comparable. You could already gain professional practice as a splitter in a metalworking company. With cutting technology and manufacturing methods such as milling, turning and grinding, you know well. In addition, you have experience in CNC control and programming according to ISO and ideally with control electronics from Siemens or Okuma manufacturers. You will be happy to meet new challenges and trust to introduce optimization suggestions for production processes or in the field of tension.
