Project Management Officer (w/m/d)

You support our project managers and departments in the daily project business, organize meetings/workshops, launch presentations and status reports, and are responsible for securing earnings.

If you’re looking for transparency in the project business, you’ll get the current portfolio and check the existing documentation.

In addition, you support the pre-qualification of project requests and project portfolio management.

You are a power user for our Jira and Confluence environment and support and train teams and areas at work with the tools.

In addition, you proactively support the further development of the project management methodology based on PRINCE2 and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and our used toolet.

Last but not least, you are working on the further development of our employees in project management and the transfer of basics and standards of project work to other areas of expertise.

You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable degree program.

Ideally, you bring multi-year experience in project management or project support.

You have great pleasure in organizing and structuring things on your own and, thanks to your quick understanding, you also penetrate complex facts.

With your very good knowledge of German and English, you can also travel safely in the international context.

In addition, you are a communication- and assertive personality, which asserts itself also against various interests in everyday project business.
