Unification and further development of the company-wide Truck Fleet and Driver Management, in particular harmonisation of fleet-related processes within Road Logistics Independent conceptual development and further development of target images, standards and processes in the Truck Fleet and Driver Management Own-responsible company-wide introduction and further development of standardized systems (e.g. telematics, driver card and documentation systems) Independent development of KPI, reporting and controlling approaches to better control the company-wide Truck Fleet and Driver Management Analysis of fleet, driver and process data and derivation of recommendations for action Professional advice of business units and branches on fleet and driver-related issues Participation in transnational projects, in particular in the context of digitalisation and emobility
