Educational accompaniment and promotion of children in the day of crèche Design of a loving, safe and stimulating environment Accompanying children on their way to self-employment and their own experiences Regular stays and educational offers in nature (the English garden is right around the corner) Implementation and further development of our pedagogical concept in the team Confidential and partnership cooperation with parents Active participation in team meetings, planning and reflection times

(m/w/d), ideally with experience in the crib area Kindness, empathy and patience in dealing with children and parents Commitment, creativity, independence and motivation for your new task If German is not your mother tongue: a certificate of level B2 Working hours of 39 hours per week, spread over five days, including Fridays until 17:00 and Wednesday's team meeting (16–18:00)
