In this responsible leadership position, you shape the strategic orientation and further development of a department with around 130 employees in seven fields. You ensure a powerful, citizen-oriented and legally secure perception of tasks. You are impetus for a future-oriented administration. You actively shape the digital transformation, develop processes and structures and promote a culture of trust, self-responsibility and common learning. You take responsibility for employees and resources and make decisions of particular importance. You represent the department convincingly against politics, administration, network partners and the public.
