Development, communication and implementation of the product and service strategy for the European business unit

Responsibility for brand strategy, product portfolio management, integrated marketing planning and pricing strategies

Leadership, motivation and development of the three-headed product management team to achieve and overcompensate the company’s objectives with regard to revenue, profitability and innovation

Implementation of annual and multiannual plans in close coordination with global corporate objectives

Promoting transparent and effective communication within the team and with other departments

Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Multiannual relevant professional experience in engineering, marketing or product management

Ideally experience in leadership and motivation of teams in a matrix and agile software development environment

Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or other common tools

Embossed communication capability

readiness for international travel within Europe (about 25 %)
