Together with your team, you are responsible for the monthly number runs for the employees in the NRW regional association and report directly to the HR NRW department manager as a consultant (m/w/d). You are responsible for billing, including the associated administrative processes, for more than 6,000 billing cases. You can communicate with the personal directors of the regional associations in North Rhine-Westphalia. Always keep an eye on the service and service aspects. To ensure quality and efficiency, check and optimize the internal work processes and structures of the area. You are actively involved in implementing legal, collective and operational regulations. You optimize the digital processes within the payroll function and at the interfaces to the areas involved. You act as a competent contact person in the area of taxation and social security, in compliance with all applicable labour contract directives in the NRW National Association. You have the technical responsibility for the team of personnel officers in the billing centre and ensure an optimal process of incorporation of new employees.
