As a team leader Product Management, you lead a motivated and interdisciplinary team professionally and disciplinaryly – you continue to develop impulses, develop talents and drive the further development of our B2C product portfolio for the energy transition together with us In your role, you are fully responsible for product management for private customers with our Commodity products for electricity, gas & P2H, our hardware offering for Prosumer and Flexumer solutions and the expansion of our product world around commercial Flexibility Solutions You are driving the vision of a climate-neutral product portfolio, developing our commercial products for new and existing customers consistently from customer-centric, energy-economic and regulatory perspective with your team and the goal of our net-zero strategy You are the central interface of product management in the various marketing and sales and inventory customer disciplines, energy management, operations, pricing and technology and manages the operational implementation in cooperation with the relevant interface areas With your team, you translate your company and product goals into specific product developments and you always have the current regulatory system in mind You carry out analyses regularly and guide action recommendations and plans and define KPI ́s for this purpose to check and optimize the success of the measures

You bring a successfully completed (Master) degree and multi-year detectable and successful experience in product management or have a comparable qualification You have experience as a leader of a highly qualified and independent team In addition, you can demonstrate several years of successful professional experience as Product Manager, Business Owner or Product Owner in the energy industry You are at home in the world of design thinking and conduct all projects and processes of product (further) development based on customer-centric and agile methods A very customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset characterizes you, as you are very structured and always keeps the overview For your job you burn and work on the best possible results You can share your knowledge and knowledge in your team and with other departments You are strong in communication, flexible, organized and have a heart for sustainability – then we look forward to you!
