Efficient planning of personnel, vehicles and equipment for optimal utilization and coordination of the fleet Compliance with statutory requirements (work, safety, steering and rest periods, approval management) Reliable documentation, correspondence and data management for private and foreign transport Close coordination and communication with drivers, colleagues, internal departments and external partners Economic action taking into account efficiency and costs Planning, organisation and monitoring of all necessary requirements in the field of large-scale and heavy transport, including the use of BF3 vehicles

Completed commercial or technical training (preferably in construction) Multiannual professional experience in the disposition of construction machines and vehicles Knowledge in the field of construction machines and a strong technical understanding of their use on construction sites High sense of responsibility for safety and compliance with legal requirements Basic knowledge of labour law, waste law and transport relevant regulations Organisational skills and structured working Loadability and flexibility in short-term changes and challenges Communication strength and a safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external partners
