(Junior) Consultant International Tax Advisory (w/m/d)

We advise our clients and clients in the field of International Transaction Tax on change processes, cross-border restructuring and company acquisitions and divestitures. Together with our colleagues from the global KPMG network, we support our clients and clients in matters of corporate tax law, conversion tax law, international tax law and external tax law.

From the start, you will get the opportunity to participate in challenging and international projects. Your potential tasks include: You advise large companies, family businesses, financial service providers as well as funds or investors in the field of infrastructure, private equity financial investors or venture capital in matters of German and international tax law. In addition, you can expect transaction projects to be created, among other things. “Due Diligence Reports” and structuring requests. The monitoring of the transformation processes of our clients and clients (e.g. corporate divisions and mergers, as well as questions about the optimization of the corporate tax rate) is also your task. In addition, you will take the tax advice of our clients and clients on stock exchanges, restructuring projects or on the preparation of opinions and binding information.

(Junior) Consultant International Tax Advisory (w/m/d) you will be with us with a good degree of economics, economics/economics, financial management (Diplom-Financial), law, economics and a comparable discipline. You have fun in solving complex questions and work quickly into new dynamic situations through your analytical skills. You're looking for new challenges in project-related work and you're winning into a team. Ideally, you had a focus on tax law and/or have first practical experience in tax law. You can master German in C1 level and English in B2 level.
