Finance Specialist (m/w/d)

You become part of the topsystem GmbH and thus part of the EPG. As a Finance Specialist (m/w/d) and thus part of our Aachen Finance team, you are the first person to talk about our accounting-relevant topics and deal with various commercial finance topics. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something You are responsible for the invoice. You process payment inputs and provide a low default rate due to receivable management You create payment runs and take care of a liquidity-oriented payment. You agree to intercompany relations with domestic and foreign sister companies. You prepare statistics and maintain internal databases. You contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You create ad hoc analyses and reports.

You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial businessman (m/w/d)) and provide professional experience in financial and accounting. Safe handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel, is not a problem for you. You work structured, carefully and independently. Knowledge in the field of SAP is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
