You are an organizational institution with technical understanding and also keep an overview in everyday production? Then you will design the production of tomorrow with us!

For a leading company, we are looking for a dedicated shift leader (m/w/d) with experience in metal processing and the pleasure of team leadership.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for a layer with up to 10 employees in punching and boiler production
• ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality, time and cost targets
• Regular quality control of the manufactured components and monitoring of the time keeping
• Coordination of personnel and holiday planning within your shift
• Introduction, instruction and daily support of employees
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, safety and business guidelines
• Active participation of improvement processes through your ideas and their implementation in the team

♪ Your profile – ideally bring you with:

• Completed training in a metalworking profession (e.g. Metallbauer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) or similar)
• Multiannual professional experience in metal processing, preferably with knowledge in forming technology and welding (a welding pass is advantageous)
• First experience in leadership of teams is desirable
• Secure handling of office applications (Google Workspace), SAP basic knowledge of advantage
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Ready to work in the 2-shift system
• Team orientation, sense of responsibility and a practical, solution-oriented way of thinking

• Remuneration according to GVP tariff with industry surcharges, shift allowances and individual application allowances
• Holiday and Christmas money
• Unlimited employment contract
