Technical Building Manager (m/f/d)

You shall draw up and coordinate the technical tender documents for technical building management services, e.g. TGM framework contracts, including the implementation of public procurement procedures You ensure compliance with the contract and implementation of the services in the technical building management and take over their controlling You control and control external service providers for all technical building management products You advise the technical building management in all technical matters and in the contract You advise employees of the Duisburg branch in the field of technical building management and organize appropriate training and workshops You are responsible for data management, data storage and data testing of technical plant data and help with modern IT applications (CAFM) to ensure operator responsibility

You can demonstrate a completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Facility Management, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Building, Civil Engineering or a comparable degree course or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician in the above-mentioned fields and a professional experience of at least four years in the field of engineering (e.g. by certificates) or You have a successful degree as a master in the above-mentioned fields and a professional experience of at least five years in the field of engineering (e.g. by means of work certificates). Further requirements: You provide multiannual professional experience in building management/building and in the control and coordination of external service providers with A strong service and customer orientation, high readiness for use and earnings orientation You have knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. BetrSichV, PrüfVO NRW, GEFMA, VOB, VOL, DIN etc.) You provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing). You have a class B driver's license and the willingness to travel in NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately €51,460.00 – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
