We build a new, modern data center in Schwalbach near Frankfurt am Main. At our site, two key occupational groups will be active: service technicians (m/w/d), who are responsible for installation, installation and cabling of hardware, as well as electricians/electronics (m/w/d) who ensure the operation and availability of our technical infrastructure. From October 2026, we are looking for a dedicated team lead on the ground, which leads organically, professionally and conceptually, creates clear structures and ensures a smooth running of all technical and operational processes.

Building phase (focus at the beginning) Active participation in the construction and operation of the new data center location Coordination of all technical and organizational processes during the construction phase Interface between project management, construction management, external service providers and the existing team Working on processes, standards and internal procedures for a frictionless later operation Operational operation Professional and Disciplinary Leadership of a Team Ensuring a stable, secure and efficient data center operation Responsibility for prioritization, delegation and follow-up of day-to-day tasks and projects Monitoring and optimisation of operations and compliance standards Escalation management in technology and support in complex disturbances Close cooperation with other sectors (e.g. network, security, project management) Ready-to-use shift or call services Staff management and development Development, motivation and further development of the team Implementation of employee talks, training and further education planning Promoting a constructive, secure and service-oriented work culture Ensuring effective communication within the team and with other divisions Budget and personnel planning for management and active support for recruiting

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual work experience in the data center environment, in the technical infrastructure or in the IT hardware environment At least 3 years of experience in the team Very good organizational talent and high coordination skills, especially in construction or project phases High communication skills, feasibility and responsibility Knowledge in the field of RZ infrastructure (electricity, climate, safety) and hardware handling is of advantage Very good German and good English skills
