For the location in the Hanau area, we are looking for you as HR Generalist / Personnel Officer (m/w/d) as part of the unlimited direct service.

Care and advice of employees and managers on all personal topics, including time management, training and contracting Process digitisation, in particular enhancement of reporting in personio Preparation of important KPIs and statistics as a basis for decision-making for management and executives Preparation of the accounting-relevant salary data for the external accounting offices in the respective European countries incl. Control of bills Recruiting from demand collection across the entire Candidate Experience to onboarding Working with process optimization and projects

Studying with a personal economic focus or successfully completed commercial training, ideally completing a personalized businessman At least 3 years of professional experience in comparable HR position Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel); ideally knowledge in personio Analytical ability and pronounced number affinity Intercultural competence, communication strength, enforcement capacity and an independent and efficient working style
