For the organization unit FI-Serviceportal operation, we are looking for two at the next possible date for the Hanover or Münster site ServiceNow Operations Engineer (m/w/d).

In the organization unit we provide ServiceNow as a platform for financial information technology. We ensure high availability, plan and realize releases and take over the holistic management of the ServiceNow architecture – from the web server components to the database layer. We ensure that the underlying infrastructure is always tuned to the requirements of the application in a high-performance, safe and optimal manner. Note: The staff of the department are only represented at the Hanover site.

Responsibility for the high availability of the strategic platform ServiceNow in financial informatics (Self-Hosted) Installation, configuration and management of ServiceNow system architecture based on Oracle and Unix Administration of various instances (development, testing, acceptance, production) Implementation of the provision of new or modified content within the framework of releases on the platform Support of users in 3rd-level support (ServiceNow), processing of requests by ticket or other channels with reference to the platform administration Development of approaches and ideas for the continuous improvement of performance and availability of the platform Monitoring of the platform and responsibility for finding solutions and implementing errors

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of studies or completed technical training with a focus on IT At least 3 years of professional experience and the ability to work independently, solve proactive problems and develop them autonomously Target-oriented, structured work – consistent implementation of optimization and improvement measures.
