In the Assembly in Zurich you are part of a well-known team that assembles and tests high-precision modules for our lithography systems. The location is still new at ZEISS - you will experience an exciting phase of construction and bring your ideas directly into play. In the clean room you work in a clearly structured environment where quality, safety and teamwork are awarded.

Your role precisely mount and test assemblies for actuators in the clean room

Testing, setting up test setups and performing tests at different stations

Keep test results and relevant process steps in clear documents

Work on changing assembly and test stations and support them flexibly with different assemblies

To work as efficiently as possible

Work according to defined cleanroom specifications of classes ISO 5 to 8 and comply with hygiene regulations

Ensure a clean, structured workplace in the clean room and actively shape order

Working closely with project teams, planning and colleagues from Assembly and sharing information

In case of bottlenecks, also install equipment and thus contribute to a smooth process

Technical background, for example as a production mechanic:in EFZ, polymechanics:in EFZ, micromechanics:in EFZ or comparable

Technical understanding of mechanical engineering, medical technology, precision mechanics or a similar environment, also about hobbies such as model construction

First practice in mechanical production or assembly in the industrial environment, ideally in the clean room or in a comparable controlled environment

Safe in handling fine components, hand tools, measuring devices and simple tests for quality assurance

Open to work with PC, with first knowledge in SAP and MS Office, willingness to shift work and interest in further digital tools

Joy of careful, precise work in the team, German running at level C1 and understanding of work instructions in English at level B1
