Human Resources Administrator - Payroll / Human Resources (m/f/d)

You prepare the monthly billing for payment on time and transfer all billing-relevant data to our external service provider, working closely with your colleague. You check and control the wage bills created for plausibility and ask for employees at salary. You take care of staff administration, work contracts, personal files and deadline tracking, and you agree with the team on overarching topics. You enter the occupational pension scheme according to BetrAVG and manage our Benefits portfolio administratively. You're puggling our personal data into Workday, starting HR evaluations and actively bringing your findings to the team.

You have relevant experience in payroll/debate accounting with at least three years of professional practice in a comparable position, ideally proven by appropriate training or certification. You know well in social, tax and labour law. You have experience with HR systems, ideally with Workday or a comparable system. You work structured, carefully and communicate clearly, with a strong sense of responsibility and a safe occurrence towards internal and external partners.
