Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

Object management: You ensure efficient management and value-added of our commercial and mixed properties, as well as the preparation and support of rental and rental processes and object sales. Service orientation: You provide service-oriented support for renters and users, owners and interested parties (including contracting and correspondence). Financial management: Budget planning and management, incl. monitoring and implementation of the economic plan, will provide you with precise results. Strategic planning: To optimize portfolio performance, you support the development and operational implementation of object strategies. Investment management: You take over the overriding planning and control of investments. Contract management: In cooperation with asset management, you conduct lease and purchase contract negotiations. Interface management: As the first contact person, you are available for internal and external requests regarding the objects.

Education: You have a university degree or comparable qualification in the real estate industry. Experience: Detectional successes in operating property management, especially in dealing with commercial tenants, can be demonstrated. Expertise: You bring a profound understanding of the real estate industry, cost awareness and knowledge in rental law. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual skills combined with entrepreneurial spirit, self-initiative and communicative competency characterize you. Technical skills: You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally bring experience with SAP RE-FX.
