Dispatcher Local Transport & General Cargo (m/f/d)

As a disponent (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) local transport & piece goods you can make a difference: You do not simply organize transports – You help to get medicines and medical products where You are needed. It expects a varied and responsible working environment in which you can bring your own ideas and actively shape processes. Your tasks include: Disposition and organisation of national transport and goods Planning and control of daily pick-up and delivery tours Coordination of time-critical transports within the Eurotranspharma parcel network Control and monitoring of transports taking into account dates, capacities and customer requirements Disposition of your own fleet and coordination of subcontractors and carriers Processing of transport deviations, transit time problems and delivery obstacles and proactive solution finding Communication with drivers, customers, partners and depots Ensuring compliance with quality and temperature requirements, especially in pharmaceutical transport Participation in the further development of MRP processes and transport solutions Support in billing and post-processing of transport orders, e.g. by testing of proofs of delivery and additional services

Complete training in the field of forwarding and logistics, for example as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in transport, transport or goods disposition Experience in tour planning and transport control Good knowledge of logistics processes and processes Experience with piece goods networks, depot traffic and temperature-guided transports of advantage Good knowledge of German in word and writing Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and safe occurrence Team skills and independent work High level of responsibility and self-initiative Embossed customer and service orientation Ability to keep track of short-term changes and high workloads Joy in improving processes and taking responsibility
