You will Guide recruitment processes, moderate interviews and accompany transparent decision-making processes Develop search strategies that include both Active Sourcing and targeted market languages Build and maintain talent pools for critical target groups to identify long-term qualified profiles Conducting direct languages and winning talents on different channels (social media, career fairs, etc.) for us Executives and HR Business Partners advise to ensure sound selection processes Use market and trend analyses to continuously develop our talent Acquisition strategy to Employer Branding concepts and measures to ensure our visibility and a strong Candidate Experience

You have completed studies in the field of (economic) psychology or business administration or a comparable discipline bring multiannual experience in in-house recruitment of technical profiles are routined in Active Sourcing and in dealing with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally SuccessFactors German and English fluent in word and writing communicate clearly, appreciated and convincing and like to work with many interfaces enter trustworthy, build relationships quickly and accompany candidates professionally through the process work solution-oriented, structured and bring self-initiative with
