Fast Track to Leadership Trainee

As a Fast Track to Leadership Trainee in the field of Supply Chain and Operations, you start at Picnic: In just two years, you develop from the Graduate into the leadership position as Operations Manager and take responsibility for teams, processes and strategic projects along our supply chain in the filling. Hands-on, data-driven and with real impact. It's waiting for you Year 1: Operational Basics & Leadership as Operations Supervisor Onboarding & Entry: You start with a structured onboarding, build a strong network and get to know our Fulfillment Center (FC) from scratch. Layer line in FC: At approx. 3-4 days a week, you take the responsibility of a shift as Operation Supervisor. You plan, coordinate and run your team - and experience how operational decisions have direct influence on our teams and performance from the first day. Leadership & Coaching: Through mentoring, training on leadership, feedback and motivation, you learn how to develop people, create clarity and master challenging situations. Own projects with Impact: You identify optimization potentials in operational everyday life and implement independent improvement projects on your 1-2 project days, increase productivity, simplify processes and permanently solve bottlenecks. Year 2: Leadership with effect across locations as Operations Manager (Inter)national Perspective: Take the chance and bring your knowledge to other Picnic sites - nationally or internationally - or get to know another department along our supply chain. You take responsibility in a new environment with new teams and grow beyond you. Focus on projects: In addition to your approx. 1-2 shift days per week you work on 3-4 days in cross-site initiatives, e.g. optimizing our ordering processes or supporting new (automated) FCs. With your operational know-how and your analytical view, you will raise our supply chain to the next level. Your next step: After the Fast Track, many doors are open to you: as an experienced Operations Manager or in other positions within Picnic.

You are just ahead of your Master's degree and want more than just a classic career start as a graduate? Are you looking for responsibility, pace and real impact in your everyday life? You have successfully completed your Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable Master's degree programme a short time ago, or you will stay at a maximum of 6 months prior to completion. First practical experience in the supply chain environment (e.g. through internships or working student activities) Flowing German and very good English skills Joy in taking responsibility for a team as a trainee and motivating and developing people You implement ideas with your hands-on mentality in successful projects and proceed as a model A strong numerical understanding and the ability to identify problems early Flexibility and enthusiasm for a role that takes place both in the office and in the operational camp environment, including shiftwork
