Creation, communication and consistent tracking of offers and orders is in your hands

You tune delivery dates internally and stand in close exchange with customers

You are responsible for the accounting, monitoring payment inputs and preparing data for receivable management

In case of complaints or afterdeliveries, you are the solution-oriented interface and coordinate all necessary steps

You have successfully completed a commercial training or have a comparable qualification

Insufficient professional experience in the sales service, customer support or order processing

You can safely move into CRM and ERP systems (ideally Salesforce and SAP) and control MS Office running

A pronounced communication strength as well as a structured and independent way of working are of course for you
