Your tasks include the solution-oriented processing of service requests. You monitor the course of the broadcast and act proactively in case of deviations. You are actively working on a continuous improvement process. You interact with our customers, other branches, specialist departments and our driving staff.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training. You have good German, English and IT knowledge (MS365). A pronounced service orientation and a high solution-finding competence are characterized. You have fun on good teamwork, are strong communication, work independently and engaged.
