Team Leader Supply Chain Execution (SCE - SAP EWM and SAP TM) (m/f/d)

■ Leadership & team development: You are responsible for managing and developing your Supply Chain Execution (SCE) team, supporting your employees and conducting regular feedback and development talks.

■ Recruiting & Onboarding: You win new colleagues for your team and are responsible for their integration and mentoring.

■ Project Management & Presales: You control (partial) projects, introduce yourself to the SAP SCE topics as a lead consultant and/or solution architect and assist in the acquisition of new projects.

■ Resource Planning and Project Participation: Together with the other SCE team lines, you will ensure optimal utilisation and deployment planning and ensure the qualitative and quantitative delivery capability for SAP EWM and SAP TM projects as well as for introductions within the framework of S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud.

■ Bridges and cooperation: In addition to your active professional cooperation in projects, you cooperate closely with the Managed Services and Development Services sectors, including the (further) development of our own products.

■ Strategy & Market Development: With the Head of Center of Excellence, you advance our growth and division strategy through the various deployment variants of SAP SCE software, shape the technical-strategic orientation and recognize market potential at an early stage.

■ Innovation culture: You create an inspiring team environment in which new ideas for the SCE area are created and developed.

■ Project and consulting experience: You have deep experience in the (partial) project management with SAP EWM and/or SAP TM, brings well-founded consulting know-how and are familiar with different project management methods.

■ Entrepreneurial thinking: strategic and economic thinking, a structured way of working as well as a strength of implementation.

■ SAP SCE Expertise: You have a strong knowledge of the implementation of SAP EWM and SAP TM in S/4HANA private and public cloud projects and have already accompanied the professional transformation to connected end-to-end processes.

■ Leadership skills: You convince with pronounced social competence and the ability to lead and develop employees.

■ Result responsibility: You are willing to take responsibility for the results of your team and neighbouring teams.

■ Customer Orientation & Communication: You are highly customer oriented and communicate very safely in German and English.

■ Readiness to travel and close to the team: For projects with customers and regular personal exchange with your team you will bring the necessary readiness to travel.
