Reception and customer support (m/w/d) for permanent employment

Your tasks as an employee for reception and customer support:

• Coordination and operation of the telephone center
• Reception, care incl. Hosting and accompanying customers during the stay
• Management and supply of customer lounges and customer offices
• Processing of airport ID applications and related documents for customers
• Date management, hotel reservations, administration and rental of (pool) vehicles for customers and employees, etc.
• General office organization, correspondence, clearance of accounts, etc.
• Ordering (officials, drinks, etc.)

Your knowledge and skills:

• Commercial or comparable training (e.g. hotel/fair) and/or multi-year professional experience in a service-oriented field
• Friendly, customer-oriented and sovereign appearance
• Very good linguistic and written expressiveness in German (C1) and English (C1), other foreign languages are advantageous
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Driving license class B
