During your training, you can look beyond the edge of the plate and get to know various commercial areas at ENGIE. From the start, you work on real tasks and support our teams in day-to-day business as well as exciting projects. You will get insights into different areas of tasks and discover which area fits your strengths and interests particularly well.

We are looking for team players, eager personalities and organizational talents!

To the laptop, ready, go! - In the first year of teaching, you will learn our operational processes and the various commercial areas at ENGIE. This gives you an overview of how our projects are planned, organized, commercial and contribute to the success of our projects.

Teamwork is our first priority! - From the start, you are part of our team and supports our colleagues in the most diverse areas in exciting tasks. You will get insights into topics such as the costing of projects, project processing, purchasing or controlling, know the diversity of commercial activities and learn how our commercial processes interact.

• With increasing experience you take more and more responsibility. For example, you support orders, offer comparisons, invoices and commercial evaluations and get exciting insights into project execution. Gradually, you take on your own tasks and can process many office and business processes independently at the end of your training.
