As Head of Department Meat (m/w/d), you can ensure the smooth running of all processes within your department. You are a contact person for our customers from the gastronomy and responsible for managing your team. Team management: You conduct the meat department in the wholesale market independently, plan personnel deployment and support your team in personal and professional development Customer service: You convince our customers through competent advice and accommodating service around the meat product range Control of the goods sector: They ensure the flow of goods, from the order of goods to the attractive presentation of goods to the sale, and have the cost and revenue development in mind Progress: You know the needs of our customers and help us develop and optimize our processes Quality assurance: Our customers can rely on the availability of fresh and high quality products, as they ensure compliance with statutory and internal quality assurance requirements (e.g. HACCP)
