Adult Education Trainers (m/f/d)

Imparting specialist knowledge about the field of electrical engineering with a didactic claim: You carry out practical training for professionals and customers – in our company headquarters in Erkrath and occasionally directly with the customer on site. The focus is on modern teaching methods, interactivity and sustainable learning. Methodological development of training documents: You design, structure and update training materials in a didactical way – tailored to different learning levels and target groups. Design of learning processes: You accompany the participants not only professionally, but actively support their learning success through the use of diverse methods, such as group work, practice exercises or digital learning elements. Organisation around the trainings: You are looking for a learning atmosphere – from space preparation to material procurement to refurbishment and documentation. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You agree with experts, guest lecturers and internal departments to continuously develop the quality of education and training.

Experience in adult education as a trainer (m/w/d) or professional training in the training area. Passion for didactic and methodical concepts – you don't just want to 'work content', but to create learning processes. Communication strength, empathy and joy in communicating knowledge in a structured, comprehensible and motivating manner. Team skills, organizational talent, self-initiative and a safe handling of digital tools such as MS Teams and PowerPoint. Place of residence in the pendulum area of Erkrath.
