As a Hospitality Manager (m/w/d), you support Deloitte Greenhouse in the planning, preparation and execution of labs, workshops and training - and thus contribute to a unique customer experience. Business Unusual.

Event management: from request to billing, you are the contact person for the guests and first contact person, you guide them through the entire process and stand aside with advice and action. Event support: You receive the guests, take care of them and the smooth running (e.g. care of catering and breaks, provision of work materials, general service activities). End to End: You are actively involved in the preparation and follow-up of our events (Labs, Meetings, Workshops, etc.); For example, prepare materials & rooms and make sure that the required equipment is ready as planned. Care-Taking: At any time you have in mind that the premises are attractive and neat to look & are prepared and are a contact person for colleagues: women, visitors: inside and service providers, the good soul of our location. 360° talent: catering order, consumer material monitoring and assistance and special tasks - you master everything with left.

You have an education in the hotel, gastronomy, event area or comparable and at least. 2 years of operational professional experience in a relevant environment, but also (experienced) cross-comers are welcome You have very good communication skills and feel safe in dealing with our diverse groups of participants (from colleagues to start-up founders: inside to the DAX board) You are a patented host personality with pronounced service orientation as well as professional and friendly appearance You are characterized by a motivated and structured hand-on mentality and you have the desire to work in a great team and to introduce your skills You bring very good knowledge of German and English as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications
