Core tasks: You independently assume the important task for us of complete and timely accounting of our services. Professional leadership: You assume the technical responsibility for all relevant processes and tasks in the area of debitor accounting. Monitoring of payment inputs: You check payment transactions, clarify disparities proactively and initiate necessary steps in the event of outstanding payments. Key Account Manager (m/w/d) You are available to internal departments and customers competently and solution-oriented. KPI and data management: You evaluate performance indicators per client, prepare them and are responsible for the correct accounting in SAP (including care and testing of all relevant data). Participation in commercial planning processes: You are responsible for the revenue-related forecasting and planning processes and, if necessary, work with interdisciplinary special tasks or projects. Quality & Process Improvement: You identify optimization potentials in billing and debitor processes.

Completed commercial studies or commercial training - e.g. as a tax specialist (m/w/d) - supplemented by relevant experience in debitor accounting, service accounting or financial accounting. Independent and careful working and a high degree of sense of responsibility. Enforcement and communication strength internally and externally. Number affinity and very good understanding of commercial processes. Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with SAP SD is beneficial. Teamability, reliability and joy in continuously improving processes.
