As part of the further business development, our client is broader and is looking for an experienced personnel consultant (m/w/d) who also takes on special topics. The focus is on a mix of strategic project management, personnel controlling and professional advice from managers and employees

As a personnel consultant (m/w/d) work directly on the side of the personnel management. As part of this role, you drive company-wide initiatives such as employee surveys and take on specific HR topics from concept development and presentation to implementation and evaluation.

The place shall be occupied at the next possible time. Due to the high degrees of freedom (up to 3 days home office), it is also conceivable that your residence is also located in the further vicinity of Bremen, e.g. Oldenburg, Rotenburg, Brake, etc.

Thanks to your numerical affinity, you also feel comfortable in personal controlling and thus ensure a sustainable analysis and processing of HR key figures. In the best case, you can also create reports directly and can derive recommendations for action. In addition to special topics, you are also a competent contact person (m/w/d) for executives and employees in personal questions They work closely with the staff management and work with strategic topics.

Complete study with a focus on HR, economic or social sciences or comparable qualification (m/w/d) or HR Business Partner (m/w/d) - ideally in a medium-sized or larger company Expressed numerical understanding and first experience in personal controlling desirable Conceptual and strategic thinking, coupled with a solution-oriented, structured working style sovereign handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint, high IT affinity (even AI experience) Communication strength, consulting skills and safe occurrence on all hierarchical levels English knowledge in word and writing
