In this role you work closely with management, operation and administration and support the further development of our staff structures. Implementation of target-actual comparisons and analysis of deviations and derivation of control measures Construction and development of KPIs to control the company Analysis of the Company's economic development and identification of optimization potentials Creation of forecasts, budget planning and scenario analyses to evaluate future business developments Construction and further development of a transparent reporting system for management Analysis of cost, revenue and earnings structures and deriving concrete recommendations for action Support of management in strategic decisions based on sound data analyses Further development of controlling processes, tools and data structures

Multiannual experience (>5 years) in controlling, ideal in logistics, traffic or industry Very good knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and KPI control Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking Experience in building reporting and control systems Secure handling of data, Excel, BI tools or ERP systems
