Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof is one of the largest hotels in its brand and has 455 comfortably furnished rooms. The hotel is located on the eastern side of the main railway station and is within walking distance. The hotel was opened on 08.11.2021. We are a young and dynamic team, with lots of fun and joy at work. Flat hierarchies are a matter of course with us, as are the 'open door policy'. You bear the overall responsibility for the smooth operation in our reservation department You coordinate the daily department tasks and monitor all reservations You are responsible for compliance with IHG standards in the reservation area You take care of individual reservation requests You take care of the group requests, from the creation of a quote, price negotiations to the on-site support You participate in Revenue Meetings The management of quotas is your responsibility You create evaluations and statistics You work closely with Revenue & Front Office Team You create evaluations and statistics You work closely with Revenue & Front Office Team

A successfully completed vocational training/study in the hotel industry or tourism sector At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in the area of reservation Number affinity and a pronounced analytical thinking capacity as well as persuasiveness and enforcement High level of self-organisation and commitment Very good communication capability Responsibility and leadership Loadable team player with hands-on mentality Self-employed, structured, accurate, quality- and result-oriented work entrepreneurial thinking and self-responsive action Application-proof Internet, and MS Office knowledge Languages: German, English in Word and Written
