Implementation and configuration tasks in SAP HCM modules such as pay accounting and time management You act as the main partner for pre-projects in the context of the S/4HANA transformation, including the coordination of external service providers Acquisition of adjustments based on schemes and cycles in the respective modules to optimize the processes Implementation of requirements analyses together with the department for identifying optimization potentials and adaptation needs in the system End-user training and support and solutions for errors and problems in the system

IT-relevant training or several years of IT experience Funded knowledge in at least one of the SAP HCM modules such as PA (personal administration), PY (deficient accounting) or PT (time management) Process knowledge in human resources and experience in implementing HR processes in SAP Open personality with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in the team
