We are looking for a specialist Customer Care Center (w/m/d) for the DHL Freight Euronet in Langenhagen.

What tasks do you take

You keep an overview! In late and night shifts monitor our road and rail traffic, you keep an overview of several thousand trucks, mostly in the national area. You're a communications talent! You are contact persons for dispatchers, drivers and our large customers (B2B area). You inform you by phone and in writing about unforeseen deviations in the transport process and document the cases in our computer systems. In all activities, you will ensure a continuous and multi-layered flow of information within your department, other areas of the company and our customers. How to convince us

Experiences: completed professional training. Knowledge: Good language skills German, basic knowledge in English. Good user knowledge MS Office. Personality: Fast and thorough in analysis, initiative and independent in solving the problem. Embossed customer orientation, skillful communication, team-capable and strong to assert.
