For our location in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for you as: Airfreight Export Manager (m/w/d)

Responsible control of air freight processes: independent and quality-secured handling of air freight shipments in import and export, including temperature-controlled transports (cooled shipments), while maintaining our high quality standards. Ensuring smooth customs procedures: independent customs clearance of receipts in close cooperation with customs authorities. Dangerous goods management according to the highest standards: responsible processing of hazardous goods shipments according to the current DGR regulations. Development of tailor-made transport solutions: design and development of efficient and customer-oriented transport solutions. Proactive order processing and communication: Precise disposition, timely avisation and precise flawing for our customers. Global communication and customer support: Professional and independent correspondence with our international customers and our global network, primarily in English.

Funded basis: Completed training to/from the merchant / merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d). Industry experience: Influential professional experience in the field of air freight, ideally complemented by expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics. Digital competence: Routinized handling of the current MS Office applications and other relevant IT systems. Linguistic approach: German language skills and fluent English skills in word and writing for international communication. Communication strength and team spirit: Impressed communication skills in dealing with customers and colleagues as well as a high willingness to team-oriented cooperation. Engagement and customer focus: high service orientation, strong own initiative and strong commitment to the satisfaction of our customers.
