HR Specialist Wage & Salary / Human Resources – full-time or part-time (m/f/d)

Responsibility for complete pay and salary billing – from preparation to final settlement Contact person for employees on all questions concerning staff, salary & salary Accompanying the entire Employee Lifecycle – from entry to change to exit Creation and maintenance of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Ensuring a current and reliable data base in the personnel sector Communication with health insurance companies, authorities and external partners Designing and developing modern HR processes and internal processes Introducing your own ideas to further develop the staff area and make processes even more efficient

(m/w/d), a comparable qualification or a study in the field of human resources Professional experience in staffing and/or in payroll accounting and the necessary knowledge to carry out the monthly accounting independently Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Communication strength and joy in being there as a contact person for the employees and exchange with them on personal topics Independent, structured and reliable operation Own initiative, sense of responsibility and passion for modern staff work Joy in introducing your own ideas, developing HR processes and actively shaping the staff area
