As a Senior Manager of Learning & Development (Human), you are responsible for diagnostics in the context of our management development and also develop further training measures for the corresponding target group. In addition, you take over the following tasks: You are responsible for our aptitude diagnosis portfolio including the execution of potential selection procedures (Assessment Center) and ensure that our processes are consistent, effective and efficient You implement new, modern methods and processes for identifying and developing executives You design and moderate both workshops and internal training In the Sparring with our People Management, you will advise our executives and employees on topics of leadership development and talent management

You bring relevant professional experience in a comparable role in learning & development You have a profound experience in carrying out assessment centers as well as the necessary diagnostic skills You have conceptual skills and entrepreneurial thinking As a winning personality, you convince by safe communication skills and presentation strength You are able to keep an overview and complete it in a structured manner, even with a number of simultaneous projects.
