Facility Manager (m/f/d)

You ensure the smooth operation of our buildings, technical installations and external areas and take over the responsibility for their non-immigrant condition. You carry out independent maintenance, maintenance and repair work and coordinate further measures if necessary. You undertake electrical engineering work as well as the analysis and elimination of technical disturbances; In addition, you control and monitor external service providers as well as handicraft companies and ensure high quality performance. Compliance with all relevant legal requirements, safety regulations and quality standards is within your competence. In addition, you document the measures implemented carefully and actively contribute to the optimization and further development of the technical infrastructure.

(m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you are already bringing together multi-year professional experience in facility management or building technology. You have a sound knowledge of the maintenance, maintenance and operation of technical equipment. An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you as well as a high degree of sense of responsibility. You convince with an embossed hands-on mentality and work reliable and service-oriented. A valid class B driver certificate completes your profile.
