Foreman Building Construction - Site Management / Foreman (m/f/d)

You take over the independent organization and control of our construction projects directly on site – from the construction site facility to the final handover. You perform your construction site team professionally, share the daily tasks and are the central contact person for the colleagues. You are responsible for the timely and quality-oriented implementation of the construction work and ensure consistent compliance with work safety. In close coordination with the building management, you document the progress of construction and coordinate the efficient use of personnel, equipment and material. You actively contribute your practical experience to optimize workflows and support your team in the daily business if necessary.

You have a completed training in construction crafts, ideally with a further education to the polish or master (m/w/d). You bring multi-year professional experience in building and can lead a team safely. With your organizational talent and your structured work, you always keep an overview of your construction sites. You think entrepreneurial, act responsibly and find a practical solution for every challenge. For daily work on the construction site, you have a class B licence and a forklift licence. You communicate in German (C1 level) to ensure smooth coordination with all stakeholders.
