For our Friebertshausen group we are looking for a dedicated social workerin, social pedagoguein, educator*in or youth and home educator (m/w/d) as a specialist in group service.

Your tasks:

• Designing a reliable everyday structure and promoting individual development processes
• Planning and implementation of educational measures in accordance with the planning and implementation of the institution
• Accompanying educational and leisure activities
• Participation in aid procedures, documentation and development reports
• Crisis intervention and child protection according to § 8a SGB VIII
• Cooperation with youth offices, schools, therapists and other network partners

Your profile:

• Complete study of social work, social education or pedagogy (with state recognition)
• or completed training as a state-recognized educator / youth and home educator*in
• Professional experience in child and youth assistance, ideally in stationary settings
• knowledge of discussion, conflict management and crisis intervention
• Self-employed, structured working methods as well as high reflection and team skills
• Willingness to work in shiftwork (day, night and weekend services)
• Secure handling of digital documentation

About the facility:

The Living Group Friebertshausen offers eight children and adolescents aged from 6 years a home on time – with the possibility of further support up to 21 years of age.

The aim is to provide young people with safety, orientation and participation. The representation approach is life-oriented and relation-centred, embedded in the natural environment of Gladenbacher Berglands.

Particular attention is given to the individual support and to the learning of social skills. Animal-supported elements, educational activities and integration into the social environment (schools, clubs, leisure activities) are part of everyday educational life.
