The specialist center for paediatric neurology, neuro rehabilitation and epileptology offers 85 stationary and 10 day-care beds. Projektleiter (m/w/d) Technical direction and team coordination: You ensure a smooth process as well as high quality standards in the field of child ergotherapy with a focus on child orthopedics and support the team professionally in child orthopedic settings. Quality and concept development: You contribute to the further development of ergotherapeutic standards, treatment concepts and child orthopaedic treatment paths and take responsibility for processes, quality development and field-related projects. Continuing and continuing education: You plan and organize team training and supervision and promote the professional development of the employees. Deputy Head of Department: You represent the department management in the absence and take responsibility for the professional control of the area.

You have completed training or completed studies in the field of ergotherapy. You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in paediatrics or child orthopedics. You have first leadership experience or are characterized by strong leadership skills. You convince with high professional expertise, team orientation and organisational strength. You enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation and the therapeutic accompaniment of children and their families.
