Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Head and moderation of Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives)
• Identification and solution of blockages that hinder the progress of the IT team
• Cooperation with Product Owns and Stakeholders in Support in Priority and Management of Product Backlogs
• Implementation of training and workshops to teach agile methods and best practices to team members and stakeholders
• Analysis and optimization of workflows to increase efficiency and quality

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Multiannual practical experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach for IT teams
• Certifications as Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or comparable qualifications
• Deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and other agile frameworks
• Excellent skills in the moderation of meetings and communication with different stakeholders
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of processes and workflows
• Excellent knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min. C1)
