Development, implementation and monitoring of the QM system according to IFS Food and BRC standards in the valid versions Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of a team of 4 people Organisational management of projects of internal quality assurance and cross-site cooperation Planning and implementation of internal and external audits and coordination of certifications and documentation Internal consulting and ensuring compliance with quality requirements for baked goods and maintaining customer requirements Regular reporting of all quality topics and quality indicators Advertising management (customers, suppliers and packaging complaints) and development of storage measures Monitoring and care of recipes in close cooperation with production Communication with customers & suppliers in quality questions in German & English

Successful training in food technology, nutritional sciences or a similar qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance desirable - ideally from the environment of the food industry, focus on bakery Knowledge of common QM standards (IFS,BRC) and HACCP Knowledge in the field of food law, declarations: desirable from the field of bakery products Good process understanding and pronounced analytical thinking Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation structured thinking, planning and organisational skills and enforcement Team spirit, openness, hands-on mentality and flexibility for necessary change processes Safe handling of MS Office
